These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and WinboxVIP ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the WinboxVIP online gaming platform accessible at https://winboxvip.cam/ and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Service").

WinboxVIP operates as an online gaming platform offering live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, and related gaming services. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and is made available strictly to eligible users who satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of WinboxVIP, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on WinboxVIP, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. WinboxVIP strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement and will not permit any person under this age to register, maintain an Account, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to register as Members.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from WinboxVIP or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must register only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

WinboxVIP reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period shall entitle WinboxVIP to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account.

To access the full features of WinboxVIP, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree that all information submitted during registration, and at any time thereafter, is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally.

4.1 Registration Information

You will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information during registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Malaysian mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (MYR is the default and standard currency for Malaysian players)

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. WinboxVIP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.

You agree to notify WinboxVIP immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach via the support email at [email protected].

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on WinboxVIP. In the event that multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual (based on device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, identity document, or any other identifying information), WinboxVIP reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

WinboxVIP is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") procedures as part of its obligations under its international gaming licence and as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention framework. All Members must complete KYC verification before withdrawal requests above specified limits are processed.

5.1 Required Documents

Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad / Driver's License / Passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill such as TNB or Air Selangor, or a bank statement issued within the preceding three months)
• A clear selfie photograph holding the identity document
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant e-wallet or bank account confirming name ownership)

5.2 Verification Timeframe

Standard KYC review is completed within 24–48 hours of complete document submission. Members at Gold tier and above may be eligible for same-day review. WinboxVIP reserves the right to extend review timelines in cases where documents are unclear, inconsistent, or require additional investigation.

WinboxVIP supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and BTC. All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay); RM 50 for FPX and DuitNow bank transfers; RM 100 equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance following successful payment confirmation from the respective payment provider. Processing times vary by method (e-wallets are typically instant; FPX/DuitNow typically 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency typically 15–30 minutes following sufficient blockchain confirmations).
• WinboxVIP does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 24 hours. VIP tier members (Gold and above) benefit from priority processing.
• WinboxVIP reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account breach, or violation of these Terms.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on WinboxVIP are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of credit. WinboxVIP is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposit values.

WinboxVIP may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, and to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall apply.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the total value of wagers that must be placed using the bonus (or deposit plus bonus) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus means RM 2,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the funds can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only and do not retroactively affect real-money deposits that were not part of a promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are met, the outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse Promotional terms — including through multiple account registration, coordinated group play, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other method designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. WinboxVIP reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

All wagers placed on WinboxVIP are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. WinboxVIP does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be amended at WinboxVIP's discretion.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, WinboxVIP reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Member's Account.
• For sports betting, in the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or not completed within a specified period, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the applicable market rules.
• WinboxVIP reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, manipulation, or any form of fraudulent activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on WinboxVIP. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a Member if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Registering more than one Account or facilitating others to do so
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-driven tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage
• Abusing bonuses or promotions as described in Section 7.2
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider in bad faith
• Attempting to access or compromise any part of WinboxVIP's technical infrastructure without authorisation
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation from WinboxVIP

All content displayed on the WinboxVIP platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and trade marks (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the proprietary property of WinboxVIP or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of WinboxVIP.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinboxVIP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

WinboxVIP does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform or its content.

In no event shall WinboxVIP's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

WinboxVIP is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income. We strongly encourage all Members to play within their financial means and to utilise the responsible gambling tools available within their Account settings.

The following tools are available to all WinboxVIP Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure alerts or automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed and activated within 24 hours.
• Reality Check Reminders: Members may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the duration and value of their current session.

WinboxVIP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Detection of duplicate accounts
• Regulatory requirement or directive

Where an Account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, WinboxVIP reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, subject to applicable law. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to the Member's fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting WinboxVIP support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days, and any verified real-money balance will be returned following completion of required withdrawal procedures.

WinboxVIP collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on WinboxVIP, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the WinboxVIP platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. KYC documents and sensitive financial information are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

WinboxVIP does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention service providers where necessary for the performance of our obligations under these Terms or applicable law.

WinboxVIP reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinboxVIP holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to WinboxVIP's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

WinboxVIP and the Member agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. Members may contact the support team at the email address provided in Section 17 to initiate informal dispute resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
